Job Impulse, Inc. has an immediate opening for a Warehouse Team Lead¨NBSP;in Greer, SC. Our client is a warehouse facility. The Warehouse Team Leadis responsible the efficient day to day operations of the warehouse area. Responsible for leading associates in the achievement of their specific goals.
Responsibilities of a Warehouse Team Lead includes:-Foster a team environment through mentoring and development activities for associates -Provide insight for annual performance reviews.-Regularly reviews of temps and recommend staffing levels-Provides direct supervision to people in your area of responsibility. -Ensures the safe, clean and efficient operation of the warehouse-Oversees outbound shipments, ensures products are shipped on time-Make recommendations of changes to area or equipment to enhance workflow efficiency-Ensures adherence of standard work in Pick, Manifest, Pack, and Ship-Manage special projects
Job Requirements of a Warehouse Team Lead:-Must have worked in a warehouse environment or distribution center-Excellent supervisory skills-Motivating and influential-Excellent communication skills-Problem solving skills-Knowledge of warehouse operating systems
